In January, we joined more than 600 companies exhibiting at the annual Bett Show in London’s ExCel Centre. This year marked the 40th anniversary of the show, which promised to be bigger and better than ever. It certainly didn’t disappoint. The buzz was evident from day one, as thousands of visitors from schools and higher education providers packed the exhibition halls.

The Bett Show celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2025. It promises to offer you seven content stages, six discovery zones, inspirational talks and all the latest innovations. The exhibition opens at 10:00am on Wednesday 22nd January.

Martyn’s Law – the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Bill – had its second reading in parliament on 14th October 2024. It is now under scrutiny by a House of Commons Public Bill Committee. This is standard procedure after a bill’s second reading.

Martyn’s Law is a UK-wide measure introducing security requirements to certain public venues, holding more than 200 people. This includes educational settings like schools and colleges.
